Instructions - please read carefully!

This course uses Google Forms to manage the quiz which means there are some things you must do to ensure your score is correctly credited to you.

1. You must enter the email address you used to enroll on the course.
2. You must answer all questions marked *
3. If you navigate away from the quiz (e.g., if you refer back to a previous lesson), your responses will be reset when you return to the form. If you need to refer back to one of the lesson, open it in a new browser tab or window.
4. It is possible to submit your responses more than once but you will be credited according to your score for the first submission only.
5. You can choose to have a summary of your responses emailed to you. The email will contain a link which will open the quiz form and show you how well you did. You will receive initial scores for the multiple choice and multiple response questions only. The final score will be sent to your after the text response questions have been assessed by a reviewer.
6. You must click "Complete and continue" as with other lessons.
